Short version: I collect what you send me on the contact form, plus basic anonymous analytics about how people use this site. I do not sell anything to anybody, and I do not buy lists of your customers.
What I collect
- What you type into the form — your name, business name, town, email address and any message. This reaches me by email through a form service called Web3Forms.
- Basic usage analytics — pages viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, what device, and whether you submitted the form or clicked the phone number. This runs through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. It is not tied to your name.
- Nothing else. No advertising pixels, no cross-site tracking, no third-party marketing tags.
Why
The form data is so I can run your visibility report and reply to you. The analytics are so I know whether this page is doing its job.
Who else sees it
Google (analytics) and Web3Forms (form delivery) process this data as part of providing those services. Nobody else. I do not sell, rent or share your information, and I will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long I keep it
Form submissions stay in my email and CRM while we are in contact, and for up to two years after. Analytics data expires on Google's standard retention schedule. Ask me to delete your information and I will, in full, within a few days.
Public business information
When I run a visibility report, I query publicly available sources and AI answer engines about businesses. That uses public business information — company names, locations, services — not personal data about individuals.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets a cookie to tell repeat visits from new ones. If you would rather it did not, browser Do Not Track settings, an ad blocker, or Google's own opt-out browser add-on will all stop it. Nothing on this site breaks if you block it.
